Basic Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following conditions and submit accurate information.

Endorse the Alliance's purpose, charter, and internal discipline.
Be 18 to 45 years old in principle.
Have higher-education experience in principle.
Be proficient in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, with basic English ability.
Reject extremist rhetoric and support long-term regional exchange.
