Applicants should meet the following conditions and submit accurate information.

• Support the Alliance's purpose and organizational discipline.
• Be 18 to 35 years old and, in principle, have higher-education experience.
• Be proficient in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, with basic English ability.
• Reject extremist rhetoric and be willing to participate in long-term regional exchange.
